Shipping cross country in this Covid-19 environment is a nightmare to say the least. However, people at LogiWorld, especially Stephen and Tiffany, did everything they can and beyond, to accommodate my requirements and work around my limitations. I was lucky to have picked LogiWorld as my freight forwarder. We found Steve the owner of LogiWorld by chance when researching a question our original removal company couldn't answer. Steve not only knew the answer immediately he then quoted us a much, much better price to ship our household goods from USA to UK. This was our 8th international move - so have some experience in this field! We shipped a box of household goods from the US to Japan with LogiWorld, and Steve was extremely helpful all the way through the process. He gave us a fair price and was very responsive to our questions. He went out of his way to troubleshoot some issues that came up on the Japan side as well. We are extremely happy with Stephen and all his hard work. LogiWorld gave me the best quote for shipping approximately 1600 lbs of boxes, bins and trunks from my mother's house in MA to our house in TN. Stephen patiently listened to all of my nagging questions and was in constant communication throughout the entire process. He even sent me photographs of our load as he was getting ready to "palletize" them and also after he finished packaging everything onto two pallets. He never forgot us. I am in Providence, Rhode Island, and was desperate to find a decent rate for shipping large boxes of books for my international move, putting in a ton of time researching and considering both ocean freight options and USPS/UPS/DHL/FedEx.
