Jen is real, honest, asks good questions, and an expert at color! Early July I had my hair dyed 3 different colors and still today people commented on how much they liked it wherever I went. I am highly selective about who I choose as a stylist and am so grateful to have found Jennifer, owner of JEM Boutique & Salon. She was very professional, listened to what I wanted in a haircut and I was very pleased. My teen daughter loves Jennifer too and recently had a very successful color experience. Many friends immediately asked about it and we were happy to recommend Jennifer. On top of the wonderful service, Jennifer is a good person. We would highly recommend JEM Boutique & Salon!

I have very fine, hard to color hair and Jennifer had no problem getting it right! I left with the color I have been hoping for over the last couple years - that about four other stylists have not been able to achieve. Not too light, not too dark and no brassy tones!

I absolutely loved Jennifer and her salon! Every time I leave I feel gorgeous and feel like she has created my, "hair masterpiece" even more wonderful then I could have imagined. I love that I know even if I'm not sure what I'd like for a color or cut she gives me great ideas and does an amazing job. She is such a fun and lovable lady and makes being in the salon not only glamorous, but a relaxing time and I always walk out with a big smile and find myselfing giving a "flip" of my new hairstyle. I'd recommend her to anyone wanting a simple cut or a brand new style! Thanks Jenn for ALWAYS making

After impulsively coloring my hair an awful shade of orange, I contacted Jen for emergency correction-Not only did she answer her phone at 7 AM she was willing to squeeze me in on a holiday! Jen listened closely to what I was trying to achieve and was the first stylist to give me the warm strawberry blonde hue Ive been wanting. She is also friendly, professional, and down to Earth. I felt like I was in great hands at Jem Salon and will be back again and again !

I am not one to write reviews, good or bad, but Jen has really come through for me! A few months ago I had a balayage (horrible and expensive job by the way) done and then went on vacation and was in the sun and swimming pool chlorine and my hair turned neon orange!!! I gave Jen a call and she was quick to take me in and she fixed my hair and canceled out some of the brass to where I looked like I had professionally done hair again!
