Kopplow Construction's team applies a unique owner's perspective with a contractor's knowledge throughout the early design stages to ensure the feasibility of the project within budget and quality requirements. This is done by participation in early stages, conceptual budget development, budget refinements during design development, value engineering and establishing contingencies.
Kopplow Construction met with the owner and design team early and prepared budgets based on schematic design. The team then participated in design development and established 50% construction documents, final construction documents and the GMP. Kopplow Construction also managed the project through completion and performed rough carpentry.
In 2011, Kopplow Construction built the Our Lady of Guadalupe Shrine for St. Matthew Catholic Church. This would be the first of seven projects that Kopplow has completed in the past eight years for the Parish. Following the construction of the Shrine, Kopplow completed renovations to the sanctuary.
Brooks Medical Plaza is a 22,700 square foot, single-story medical office building made of concrete tilt-wall construction located 8019 S. New Braunfels, San Antonio, Texas. The exterior of the building includes Berridge metal siding, stucco, insulated glass. The core components of the interior include limestone, tile and granite.
