Our practice participates in various studies to further findings in podiatric research. If you would like to take part in any of the below studies, please contact our office today! We are looking for people with bunions to participate in a clinical research study called "Dystance." This study will look at the safety and effectiveness of a study medication taken by adults with bunion pain.

Dr. Anna Sanchez attended medical school at the Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine, where she graduated in 1993. She has hospital affiliations with Baptist Medical Center and Nix Health Care System. Dr. Sanchez treats many different foot and ankle conditions such as diabetic foot ulcers, bunions, hammertoes, plantar fasciitis, and more.

To ensure your convenience, below is the information you need about our podiatry office, including our hours, location, appointment scheduling and insurance acceptance. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.

During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history, and give you time to get to know your doctor. We accept most insurances. List of current prescriptions and/or over-the-counter medication, including dose and frequency. You are responsible for co-payments or charges that are not covered by your insurance.

San Antonio New Step is available to treat foot and ankle ailments such as diabetic foot care, ingrown toenails, fungal toenails, warts and painful calluses.
