Dr. Chaney recently performed bunion correction surgery ( today is day 7 post- op) and I have experienced minimal discomfort ( no real pain). I was afraid I would have one foot corrected and not go through with the second surgery due to the intense recovery process that I had heard so much about. The greatest challenge has been fatigue to my unaffected side and navigating the shower!
I will be returning to work 1/2 days on day 9 post-op, and I no longer fear getting the second surgery. The physician is very attentive and kind. The support staff are also very kind and professional .

Dr. Chaney takes the time to listen to your concerns and provide multiple options for your issue. Dr. Chaney and his staff are professional, caring, and are quick to answer your questions/concerns. I'm normally in and out within an hour or less. Angie was very helpful with setting up my surgery and helping file my paperwork promptly. Dr. Chaney and his staff always have a smile.

Horrible experience ever, I've been just asking for the receipt with the diagnosis multiple time for three weeks, and they asked me to pay the X-ray at that time I was there, and I told them it covers by my insurance, but they insisted on paying this, so that I paid, and then my insurance said that it is 100% covers, so that I told them, there was no responses for three weeks. I will never go there again

Saw Dr. Chaney about 6 months ago about pain in my foot when I run. He explained the issue and told me it wasn’t severe after looking at some X-rays, so he sent me off with some $50 orthotics (they weren’t custom), told me to stretch and didn’t really recommend a follow up visit. I didn’t get the feeling that he cared about my problem but I listened anyway and did my stretches every morning. Looking back, I should have been more persistent. The pain never went away so I stopped running altogether. Decided to start running again recently but the pain is just unbearable. If you’re looking

Great office staff. I was apprehensive about visiting another podiatrist because of a unpleasant and painful past experience. I was very impressed with Dr. Castillo's knowledge and the information he relayed to me helped me to understand my health concerns. I felt at ease and can now make a confident decision about my future care.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and positive attitude from Jena at the front desk. The back staff was also very cheerful and helpful. And the doctor was very knowledgeable. I really enjoyed my visit and would recommend this place to anyone who has feet problems.

So I had an Infected toe from an ingrown. I had the same thing 12 years ago and I was in another state. It hurt bad and was a nightmare. I came in Dr Castillo was amazing. Nice bedside manor and no bleeding on my toenail extraction. To all those who complained about waiting, I did a little bit to, so what. A doctor has no idea how long something will take. This isn’t a oil change, what doctors office doesn’t have a little wait. The staff was nice and doctor top notch. That’s what’s important not a 20 min wait.

I have had a terrible experience dealing with this office for the past two years. I’ve needed a separate surgery to correct the damage done from this surgeon. Every time I’ve come to this office on time for my appointment I’ve waited at least 45 minuets to be seen and every appointment has been rushed. Having complications post surgery Dr. Chainey became very rude during our visits making me feel like I wasn’t being heard. After getting a second opinion and needing a second surgery Alamo family foot and ankle care refused to release my operative reports to me or my new doctor. I and the
