Priority Funding was founded in September of 2003 in Northboro, Massachusetts. The company began providing Manufactured and Mobile Home Loan programs in Central Massachusetts and then quickly expanded its service area to include five of the New England States, as well as New York, Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Florida, & Arizona.
Typically our programs require a 650 or higher credit score and that applicants be up-to-date on all accounts with no recent delinquency. We primarily offer loans for primary residence/owner-occupied homes in parks (or coops in certain states). Vacation home programs are available and may be subject to other requirements.

I searched online for loans for my needs and came accross priority funding and im so glad i did cause if i didnt i wouldnt be in my new home that i much dreamed of being a homeowner gary and hilary were great to work with and i met gary he was very helpful with any questions i had or needed answer to and was wonderful to work with they had my process done within a week to close the home as i was waiting for it to arrive due to covid it was back up and on hold but thank god everything was smooth and worked out i would refer anyone to come to priorty for there home loan and go to hilary and gary

I had an amazing experience working with priority funding, specifically Gary Manyak and Hillary Doray. They were both super responsive, leading me through the stressful process of purchasing a home. They kindly answered even the silliest of questions and explained things repeatedly if I wasn’t clear. Honestly, it was amazing, Gary and Hillary knocked it out of the park! I am a first time home buyer and they made the whole financial aspect of the process easy! They were there to answer questions, explain the process behind figures, etc. I couldnt have asked for a better experience! It was a bit slow at times but thats the way of the world right now! Not only did my wife Lorraine and I get our financing for our mobile home with Priority Funding, but she now volunteers at the sales team where we live. She wants Priority Funding to know how much Jack Kelliher, TinTran and his team are appreciated. The process moved faster than I thought! I was leaving to bring my daughter back to college in South Dakota but Gary and Hilary were understanding that I couldn't get them the forms they needed as quickly as I had hoped while I was away. I appreciated their patience.
Gary was a delight to work with and I enjoyed his conversations and meeting him!

The whole refinancing and closing process was very simple thanks to Gary and Hillary they were very quick to get things moving and get all documents needed ! I got funding for a home through Priority Funding. The loan was granted but their personnel aren't very helpful. As a first time home buyer I expected to meet with one of their reps and he wouldn't meet with me becuz he was too busy. When the title failed they were even less helpful. I will NEVER use this company again. They do not care about their customers only about the money.
