Chuck Marshall from Marshall Law firm have been awesome to work with. He is very informative and answered/guided us to all the questions we had. After we provided all the necessary evidence needed he took our case. He was very professional yet easy going to speak with. He was able to resolve our case in a timely matter and provided updates on a frequent bases. We were always in the loop of what was happening. WORST FIRM EVER! I emailed Marshall in hopes of their help regarding a lemon car issue that I'm having at they never got back to until until TWO months later and even when I called and left a message they didn't pick up. Honestly don't even bother with this Firm they don't want to help people out they just care on what benefits them.

My son bought a car from a dealer up in Sacramento. The dealer told us that the car had a 3 month/3,000 mile warranty. We were also told that the car had just been serviced.
However after 10 days, the engine had a catastrophic failure. When we went back to the dealer to ask about the warranty, we found that he hadn't actually purchased it. The dealer then purchased the warranty, post engine failure, and told us to wait a couple of days before contacting the warranty company. Basically, he wanted us to commit fraud.

I like to assume the best in people and refused to believe that used car salesmen live up to the negative stereotype of being sleazy and dishonest. Well, I bought a car for my 16 year old son, and was promised that the car was in perfect condition and was "like buying a certified pre-owned" car. The condition of the car was grossly misrepresented and needed over $3000 in deferred maintenance very soon after our purchase. I called the dealer who made many excuses. I am not quite sure why Chuck Marshall received 5 stars because he only gave me a 1-star performance If I could give zero stars I would gladly give. I called Mr. Marshall law firm and he never answers the phone I mean never let alone return your calls. I am kinda glad I never got in touch with him because he is not reliable and I hate trying to hunt down someone who is supposed to be in business. No one is that busy where they can not return phone calls. Get some help

Having bought a certified car with a two-year certification , my wife and I thought we bought a vehicle that we could depend on. Boy were we wrong! Of course, just after the certification ran out, we had a major problem with our vehicle.

Had trouble with a Chevrolet dealer on a used vehicle that was advertised with an option that was non operational. Dealer refused to pay for repair. Found Chuck Marshall on line- we made contact and Chuck handled the entire matter expertly. Resulted in receiving a check from dealer for the repair and Chuck was paid by the dealer. I bought a used car with a blown engine. The dealership would have discovered the issue, if they would have checked the car the correct way. Chuck was very firendly to discuss my options. However, I did not end up needing his service as the issue resolved eventually and the dealership paid for the engine replacement. We bought a used Red 2017 KIA SOUL+ VIN# KNDJP3A58H7413475, from Bay Motors on 5/5/2017. Mr. Riskin showed us his 1/13/17 Carfax report. We also pulled our own Carfax report on 5/3/17. However, these reports were useless, as we soon found out.
After we purchased the car, we encountered a series of problems and brought it to our local KIA dealer. The KIA dealer pulled a new Carfax on 8/4/17, which now reported the car had been in an accident, on 10/24/2016!!! We were in shock!! Carfax waited a full 8 months to disclose the accident and the dealer never mentioned anything either. This was unbelievable
