Services
The immigration policies and rules are constantly changing, so in order to better serve our clients and community of listeners, Azhar & Azhar Law Firm has been performing a weekly radio show for the last 11 years. The "EB-1A Immigration Hour" is designed to provide our listeners with up to date and relevant information, and a better understanding of the state of complex immigration laws.
The fees include only those legal cases that are the most common. We will gladly supply you with cost information on our other legal services, during a consultation. These are only the attorney fees, and they do not include any government filing fees, travel costs, marketing costs, translation costs, cost for foreign education evaluations, etc.
Our client, a Russian national, had entered the US as a visitor, but because she was over 80 years old and had no family in Russia, she overstayed her B-2 status. ICE placed her in deportation proceedings, but attorney Furqan Sunny Azhar filed a request with ICE for prosecutorial discretion. He argued that she was not an enforcement priority and that she had several positive factors in her case.

This law firm is extremely unprofessional. To get an appointment takes over a month, and then when you book they don't tell you until the day of your appointment through a text message that you have to call them five minutes prior to pay the consultation fee of $40. This was a referral so I did not realize that this law firm was in Texas, which is central time. They canceled the appointment without having anyone call me to make sure the appointment was still confirmed. I hired Noaman from Azhar & Azhar law firm located off of hwy 635 in the Club Corp building and have had a great experience.
