If you are doing a review I know they must have been very rude because you always think about business first. Even though the customer is always right, she should have remained professional. During Covid, you can see the dentist but you can't discuss business with him? WOW!!! But, he can do dental work? Also, they are putting collections on accounts during COVID? I'm sorry I recommended that place to you. They talk a good family and customer service game when you are in their office. Everyone misses a day if work sometime or another. Sorry this happened, happy they didn't take my insurance!!!
