Our AC went out during the hottest week of June on a Thursday - I called around to a couple of local companies and they weren't able to come out to our house until the next Monday. However, when I called Bright Heating & Air, Matt let me know he could be out that same afternoon to take a look at it. He confirmed that it needed replacement. He went above and beyond by providing 2 temporary window AC units so we wouldn't have to be put out of our house (we have a 15-month old and this was greatly appreciated)! We had several companies give us estimates for our HVAC replacement. We were looking to replace our aged system with a basic new one. Matt from Bright Heating & Air won our job by offering things that others didn't such as telling us that our electric provider was giving rebates for more efficient systems. He was able to upgrade us from basic to better for less money out of pocket! He handled all the paperwork and contact with our provider and the rebate was approved ASAP.
