Our founder and owner, Chris Dutton, grew up just outside of West Fork in Brentwood, Arkansas. He started working in the heating and air industry in 1999. Your air conditioning system is actually designed with two separate units which perform together to provide you the ultimate comfort you deserve. The unit on the outside of your home contains a liquid refrigerant that is distributed over the coil located indoors. Through this process, the heat and humidity are removed from the air and your comfort is maintained by cooling the house.

Honesty! I’ve been in and out of this type business for the past 48 years and Chris Dutton is the 1St honest heating and air business owner I have ever met, I’m sure there are others but I haven’t met them. You will never be misled on the diagnostics of your system, so many other companies only want to sell you a new system when your system can be… repaired at far less cost. Chris told me something years ago and I have never forgotten it he said “ if I can’t do this and be honest about it I’ll do something else to make a living “. I have been working

I had them come out to take a look at the AC in our attic. They guy that came was very nice and told us what was possibly wrong but wasn't able to fix the problem. He told us that he really didn't do anything to warrant charging us (which I thought was super nice). One month later we received a bill in the mail. I don't mind paying what I owe, but I find it bad form to tell someone that you aren't charging them and then send them a bill.
