The price was competitive and fair. The crew was professional, hard working, considerate and our floors haven't looked this good since installation. Carter's Floor and Surface cleaning did an excellent job cleaning the tile in my showers, cleaning and resealing the grout on my tile floor, and polishing my granite countertops. My floors look like new and my granite shines better than new. If you think you need new tile or grout replacement talk to Carter's first. They can save your floors at a fair price. My granite reflects like a mirror. Carter's was on time, professional, and made my house shine better than new. It was a pleasure deal with Carter's.

They came to my church today and stripped and waxed our 5200 s.f. hall. It as an all day job (we used to do it ourselves and it took 3 days) but the floors now look fantastic. The employees were all very courteous and I am going to have them come back to shampoo the church carpet and pews.
