Dr. Tom Surber is a lifelong resident of Northwest Indiana. He attended St. Mary of the Lake Elementary School in Miller and graduated from Andrean High School. He attended Indiana University and received a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in biology and minoring in chemistry. Dr. Surber matriculated to Indiana University School of Dentistry (IUSD) in Indianapolis for his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree.

I went here from June 2019-February 2021. I absolutely loved everyone here! The receptionists, the orthodontists, and Dr. Thomas Surber as well! Everyone here works so wonderful together, & I would highly recommend iSmile Crown Point to anyone looking to get their braces/orthodontic treatment done! My parents loved it so much we went back with my sister!
