When I'm looking to move to a new apartment complex, one of the first reviews I check is what a tenant writes about maintenance. The newer the property the harder that is to do, as not everyone leaves a review when things go well. I'm happy to report I've been a tenant for close to a year at Urban Crest Lake Jackson and couldn't be more pleased with the maintenance team. Josh is usually the gentleman I interface with and he goes out of his way to make sure my problem is solved before he leaves.
