Customer service, needs improvement
I contacted them through there website. Pointless. I had to follow up with a phone call.
They had zero clue what my order consisted of.
Not could they give me a quote within a reasonable time.
But that's not all!
It baffles me... How do you run a glass company with only 1 person that cuts glass?

After looking at our 100-year-old very tall and very narrow window, Mark recommended that he take it back to his shop, where he could do the best work on replacing the glass. An hour later, he was back, the window was in and he didn't upcharge us.. He also replaced glass in one of our sash windows that has been painted shut for the past 50 years. I am extremely happy with his professionalism, his efficiency, his friendliness and his enthusiasm for his work. Thanks Mark and Slater Glass!! (And since we have 76 windows and doors in this old house, I'm sure I'll be seeing Mark again. )

I called around to get some glass cut for a broken window and nobody answered the phone or they said they were not sure when the glass cutter would be in. Finally I called Slater, I gave them the dimensions and they said come on in it will be ready when you arrive. I found the place, picked up my glass and the sold me some putty and they gave me enough pins to set my window. The glass fit perfectly. I will only get glass from Slater. They were awesome!!!

I called Slater Glass & Mirror to get a quote and Cindy calls me back telling me that because I'm about 30 min drive (about 15 miles) from her that whatever bid she provides would be more expensive, like $200 more, due to the extra drive time.
She told me because I am that far, she said for me to measure the windows at my house myself and for me to tell her the locations of the windows and then she will give me a quote based on my measurements and the info I provide.

I had a burglary situation and had 2 broken glasses on 2 doors. I called around and could not find anyone that could help.
Fortunately, I found Slater. They game me an estimate on the phone after I measured the windows. Then they came over the next day to do a detail measure. Two more days of wait later, such that they can get the tempered glass replacement of my windows, and they came to fixed the Windows.
The final bill was slightly cheaper than the original estimate. I am very pleased with the work and would recommend them to anyone, not that I hope anyone would have my situation.

Let's make it simple. A couple week ago, I had problem with the bathroom mirror with black grey spots. I called a couple places and no one were willing to come out for service.
I called Slater. Cindy was so.... helpful gave an estimated over the phone then immediately sent Ivan to come out for the accurate measurement. Due to my work schedule, Cindy was able to arrange the "A" team Ivan and Gilbert back to replace the bathroom mirror the next day. The customer service is exceeded my expectation and the product as well.

I just needed to have one of our windows replaced and that's exactly what they did...and they did it professionally, quickly, reasonably, and with great customer service! Since we don't get our windows replaced regularly, I had no idea who to trust so I went on Yelp and I was lucky enough to find Slater Glass. Hope you folks choose them too!

My dog decided to get ferocious and try to eat the gardner's leaf blower. In the process, he busted out one of my living room windows. I called Slater's on a whim to get someone to repair, they called me back first thing the next morning and set up an appointment around my work schedule to get the repair done. The guy showed up early, prepared, and though I had given inaccurate info about the window to them, he was still able to fix it no problem. And it was not expensive! Thank you Slater's!
