I had a bad incident with another local semi-retired glass guy. He had me drop off my frame to his house, we agreed and signed an agreement. Then, the next day, I received a text and told me that he can not work on my order. No reason whatsoever.

Unfortunately the old counterbalance in my window broke resulting in a smashed window. I made dozens of calls to find a repairman and it turns out that repairing a window is a small job nobody wants. Many glass repair businesses took the info and said they would call back and never did. That's where Future Glass comes in...Garret answered the phone and was happy to take the job and the window has been repaired and looks better than before. If you need any type of glass or window repair or replacement, I 100% recommend Future Glass in Burbank

Had a broken window pane in one of our 92 year old wood windows, Garret saved me some money by explaining how I could take the hinge pins out, and bring the window by their shop instead of having someone come out.
The price was good, the new pane looks great, and they had it ready for me the same day!
