The service was impeccable! I truly enjoyed the slide and bouncy house. I needed an extension on time to have both and Mr Garry didn’t mind at all! Quick setup, explanation of rules and regulations. Just amazing. Very affordable! I got a 16ft water slide and bouncy house for $350. Plus travel fee. I will be using them again for more parties!!!!

We were delighted renting from B&G Party Rentals this past week . Everything was handled very professionally and was carried through the way planned . The team at BandG party rentals are amazing! I rented the slide online which was super easy since the website is easy to navigate. I received follow up emails and a phone call the day before to confirm my reservations and make sure I had everything I needed. The slide came early and was up and ready long before my event started. Garry was extremely professional and caring. I will definitely be using BandG Party Rentals for all of my events moving forward. Thanks Garry and team for making this so easy for me.

Was extremely disappointed with their lack of customer service. We normally rent our water slides from another individual but he was booked up for the date we was needing so I looked for another one. This company seemed professional on their website and had a great selection of slides. I was told i would be contacted the night before our event to set up a time for delivery the following day, it was around 7:00 at night and I still hadn’t heard from them, so I had to call. They came the following morning to set up the slide and we were informed to “not be surprised if we are charged for renting

We rented an obstacle course and water slide, plus tables and chair, for an event at our high school. Garry went above and beyond to try to accommodate our needs for 100 graduating seniors. He arrived on time to set up and came quickly to breakdown once I called and said that we ended early. The obstacle course and water slide were very clean and perfect for our needs. We will definitely be using them again!
