I used this company for 2 bounce houses. They was prompt, communicated greatly with me, and the bounce houses were very clean. They arrived on time, asked question about where in my yard I wanted to set up the bounce houses, and showed me how to operate them. The customer service was beyond my expectations. I will used them again in the near future.

Rented a jump house for my sons 6th bday party from Jumpin Joy Party Rentals. It was delivered and installed at the set time. The bounce was clean and wiped down. The price was the best in town. The kids had a blast !! After the party they came and removed the house as planned. No damage was done to the yard and the staff was very friendly and appreciative. There's no doubt that I will rent from them again. They definitely know how to ensure repeat business.

Liz is amazing to work with! She is so professional and timely with communication. There was a mix up with pick up of our latest rental and she got it squared away immediately. We have now booked twice and will continue to book in the future because the entire rental from booking, to drop off, to use, to pick up has been great. Our kids love the bounce houses we have rented. They are clean and in great shape. Can not wait for our next party to rent again!

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. We had to cancel my daughter's birthday party at the last minute because our entire family came down with a terrible illness (no fun!) but they were super understanding and offered to refund me for the rental. I didn't want to do that, as I do still want to enjoy the water slide at some point and as a fellow small business owner, I know how refunds can affect a business. They were accommodating in rescheduling and we look forward to renting from them again soon.

I had such an amazing experience with this company. They literally blew us away taking care of us for the birthday party. I am generally not a review type of person but they asked if we liked the experience to do so so I am. We even put the wrong address into their website when we booked and they tracked us down through their internet searching and social media and delivered to the correct address when we didn't answer the phone. That's amazing. Our water slide was bigger than expected so they definately don't cheat and put fake sizes on their website. My family said they would have
