I drove it 2,000 miles to get to Wyoming, then drove another 1,500 to Wisconsin, and now I'm heading to New Hampshire. This truck is a beast!

Juan was great, service was fast and spent the effort to ensure all needs of my 2015 Cruze were explained then addressed. Had a water pump, thermostat, and spark plugs replaced. Also had the air filter and oil change done since they already had it in. Things that could wait were noted and scheduled for return in the following year. First shop I’ve visited in AZ, happy it was a positive experience.

We had overheating problems with our 2010 Cobalt. We made arrangements to leave our car there after hours and they called the next day to verify and explain the diagnostic results. They gave a couple of suggestions and options but he wasn't pushy (much appreciated) and agreed to do a radiator flush. We got the car back the next day.
All in all, I'm very happy to have my car on the road again. We've used Mile auto many times in the past, on different vehicles, and they always do a great job for a fair price.
Would highly recommend this business!

These guys are great! I had my car breakdown on the way to work last week and was towed to Miles and they were so fast and courteous I was so grateful. They showed me what was wrong and also called me after repairs and offered an oil change. The price of repairs and oil change was very good and I highly recommend this shop. I trust these guys!

I paid 650 to get my catalyst converter replaced last year. I just attempted to sell my car and after inspection it has been brought to my attention that not only was my catalyst converter not replaced but my old one was taken and in place a metal pole was put in and welded on in its place . I have given management 2 weeks to return my call so I have no choice but to post this and attach my photo of this business that took advantage of me because of my ill knowledge and maybe me being a female and also stole my money . Please if you have had any work done here please verify that it was done .

I live down the street and I've always had great luck with miles Auto. I feel like I could always count on Juan for an honest opinion and great work, no matter what has to be done on no matter what vehicles I have brought to him. I’ve had a 2002 New Beetle that I love! The only issue was it didn’t have AC. Finally this year I was over the heat and decided to find a shop. This one was down the street from me and stopped by. Juan was very helpful and found the issue right away. I got the part and he installed it within 2hrs. Car now has cold ac and feels like a completely different car.
This place is busy busy… which is good!!! It’s busy for a reason. Very good customer service and prices. Thank you guys!

Thank goodness for the warnings I got when I had my oil changed. I was told my brakes were bad, but I couldn't do anything about it immediately. When I was up at Shea and the 101 on a Friday night, a few days later, the brakes almost didn't stop me. I got home safely and called Juan Saturday morning and was able to get the brakes fixed immediately. It was reassuring to know I am now safe and didn't miss any time at work.
