My car broke down they were very quick to come and get it. However they dropped my car off to the wrong place and then when I called because I needed to understand why my mechanic had not received it yet they did not tell me they lied to me and told me they dropped it off at the correct place. My car was missing in action for almost 2 hours I finally called about 10 different places to see if they had my car and I finally found where it was they advised me that the tow truck man was coming back inside and I told them to please give the keys. I was stranded on congress ave for 5 1/2 hrs waiting for AAA to find a tow truck company from 9:45 to 2:30 2a. I finally called 911 and Boynton Beach police came. She helped push my vehicle to a safe location and had me call Beck's to come pick the truck up. The female that picked up was so unfriendly. Once I told her the police officer instructed me to call her to send out a tow truck for me... her attitude went from unfriendly to very annoyed and indignant. She didn't ask for an address at all and was going to hang up the phone! I asked how are you going to send a trick and not know

The person that answered the phone is very rude and unprofessional. My car was towed from an accident scene and Becks towing was used to do so. I attempted to obtain my possessions out of my vehicle and was unaware that an appointment was needed to do so. Nevertheless, the lady was yelling at me on the phone because I showed up to get my items without an appointment nor was I informed one was required. I am not pleased with the lack of service offered and would not recommend nor use Becks Towing for anything.

Called to have my car towed. The guy on the phone couldn’t have been ruder. He said it would be 45 minutes for the driver to arrive. I was stranded on the side of the highway and shaken up. I asked nicely if there was any way someone could come sooner and that I was scared. His response was “well I can’t make trucks fly!”. I completely understand if someone couldn’t come sooner, that they have a limited amount of trucks and drivers. I just don’t think it’s necessary to speak with a potential customer so rudely. **WARNING**. If you are involved in an accident do not let these fools tow your car. They gave mine up to the "at fault" insurance company without my knowledge and consent. And now I have to fight with the insurance company which they are not telling me who has my car. Beck's told me that when I went there to take pictures and remove some personal items that was my consent. I was never told this nor is it in writing. Either they are incompetent or there is something more sinister to this. Either way, a police report will be filed and a lawyer involved.

I have had to tow cars twice in the last month or so - the price of owning older vehicles. Both times I called Beck's (as I have many times over the years) and they are fast, professional and the operators are friendly and mannerly! I don't even freak when I need a tow anymore because I know they will do the job quickly and efficiently and most importantly with a smile! It is also fun to see how fast they can load the cars - true professionals.

This is about as good as it gets for a Towing Company! The owner/operator and front office manager (She does it all) Stephanie is awesome! More importantly when it comes to the Tow industry one of the main things you see lacking, is COMPASSION and INTEGRITY. All things that this company abides by. They will work with you on whatever your situation may be. They are leaps and bounds better than the other tow companies within the Boynton Beach, Delray Beach area.

This tow truck company was called to the scene of the accident and the driver Audwin Delo Santos was unprofessional. He mistreated my parents and didn't allow them to take their personal belongings out of their vehicle. He kept rushing my parents and acted like he was with the police force. He threatened to arrest my father because he didn't want to use his tow services. My father wanted to use his own tow company. Perhaps if Audwin had been kind, my parents would've felt more comfortably using his tow services. Instead they were harassed.
