If I could give a 0 I would. First they wanted an extra $100 because of distance and promised my appraisal would be in a few days before closing. So appraisal due date was 9th and closing 17th, contacted these guys and they said “we know it’s due on 17th and told you that it will be done a few days before closing”. Then 3 business days before closing lender try’s to contact again and gets no response from them. Then 2 business days prior to closing get ahold of them and told its being finalized and uploaded. Finally 1 business day before closing get in contact and told all day it’s being

You won't know until after the fact, but this company is not here to do a good job. Completely botched my appraisal, missing an entire room which lowered the square footage quite a lot and ended up costing me a 2nd appraisal cost and another lender in order to get the home. This is after an appeal that they still did not recognize the error of missing an entire section of the house. Worst part is after making a massive error there does not seem to be any way to remedy the situation. At least that is what the first lender told me.
