Education Facility Management, LLC was founded in 2010 by Robert Nestore & Michael Divito in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. After providing healthcare cleaning to many childcare centers they recognizing an unfilled need, they established the company as the first building services contractor specializing in providing quality environmental services to k to 12 educational facilities.
Janitorial & Custodial services and cleaning procedures cannot meet the unique needs of k to 12 education centers where students & educators are present. This requires special considerations, materials and equipment. Yet, consideration must also be given to maintaining reasonable and competitive costs.

EFM can provided both skilled Day Porters or Facility Director for your school. All staff are cross trained to perform janitorial services and light preventive maintenance. We at EFM can create a customized job description which allows the day porter to meet all your schools needs. From Painting classrooms to cleaning restrooms or cafeterias we are here to meet your needs.
