Services
Greycroft was the name of an old family cattle farm where the founder Deans had many years of fond family memories and holidays. When the cattle farm sold, the husband and wife founding couple decided to start their own real estate law firm, which later led to the formation of Greycroft Title Agency, LLC.
We love working with buyers and sellers during the purchase and sale of properties. The purchase or sale of a new home or investment property is an exciting time, and we love to be a part of the process. We work with lenders in multiple capacities, whether it be serving on approved lists to handle refinance transactions or working through the finance process for new construction.
Our first office was opened in beautiful St. Johns County, Florida, which is home to the founding owners' real estate law firm, Dean Law Group, PLLC. We have been blessed with steady growth and have been excited to expand our Florida offices. We handle closings throughout the state of Florida out of these Northeast Florida locations.
