It is the responsibility of Magnolia Title to assure that the property title is clear of issues and defects that may affect the title. Once that is determined, closing can take place and title insurance is issued for the property. Title Insurance is insurance that is paid one time and will protect the lender and/or owner against any claims that may be made against the property.
It is our responsibility to have all necessary documents prepared for closing, collect and distribute funds and ensure that all new titles, deeds and other documents are filed appropriately. Services
Candice L. Hensley is our relationship and coordinating assistant and is responsible for greeting clients, thoroughly reading Contracts, ordering title examinations and assisting in making the closing process go smoothly. Morgan Greene is are our closing coordinators and are responsible for customer service, general office duties and assisting the closing agents.

Donna Chandler is wonderful!! She took the time to carefully go over the details of the loan and helped me understand more clearly that I singing onto a mortgage with an extremely high revolving interest rate because I'm sure she could see I was naive and trusted my lender who hadn't bothered to mention it could go as high as 24%! Because of Donna I was able to secure a loan 2.5% lower that is fixed saving me many thousands of dollars. I can't thank her enough or say enough good things about her! She is also very knowledgable and very pleasant and just a really kind human being. The world needs

My parents did a closing with this place last month. First of all, Morgan called to confirm the spelling of my parents last name. Then sends an email with another last name. My mom has Power of Attorney for dad since he has health problems. Well when the closing documents arrive no Power of Attorney was listed. When my mom contacted Morgan she blamed this on the Attorneys she works for then said that she forgot. Not a very good title company. Not professional at all.

Magnolia Title did the closing of my family home in July 2018. It was a very difficult time for our family because my grandfather had died and we were selling his home as the heirs to his estate. I appreciate all the patience that Donna had dealing with my family. She made one of the worst days of my life not so bad.
