Phillip Arthur's Cafe
Our brand new look compliments our new menu featuring a full lunch and dinner menu, specialty coffees, and of course ice cream! Shortly after I bought Fenicci's, my Dad passed away. He owned ice cream shops and cafes in Trenton, NJ, that I grew up in. The last place I ever had dinner with my Dad was Fenicci's. I decided to open Phillip Arthur's in his memory so future generations could enjoy wholesome, nostalgic, good food and great ice cream with friends and family. Love you, Dad!.

Every Saturday I usually pick a restaurant I have never been to so I can taste new "Eats" and hopefully add it to the list of places to revisit. I ordered 2 eggs over hard, bacon, home fries, toast, and hot tea.
Let me just start by saying the wait time for my meal was longer than 25 mins and it wasn't busy at all. Most of the patrons already had their meals and were conversing. When my plate arrived, I immediately noticed an excess amount of grease/oil surrounding all of my food on the plate. The eggs were really oily, the home fries looked like a burnt bag of chips- literally chip cut and beyond

So so so delicious. We had yummy fried provolone, a delicious burrata and roasted tomato arugula salad, the mushroom pizza, a meat lovers pizza, a cheesesteak sub, a cheesesteak wrap, and the kids grilled cheese. All of the food was served w generous portions and a smile by a lovely young woman (Maybe Maya). We are absolutely coming back for more food!! The pizzas were brick oven perfection. The salad was the perfect blend of cheese, tomatoes, and balsamic glaze. The meat in the cheesesteak was tender and full of flavor. The kids meal could have fed a tribe of 8 year olds, and the fries were crispy

Best meat lover's pizza I've ever had! Loaded with sausage, beef, pepperoni, chicken, ham, cheese and a mild sauce on a tasty crust! The sandwiches are packed with delicious ingredients on a Large sub roll, the ladies could only eat half and they said the other half was very good the next day! Fantastic restaurant with great service!

Don't let looks deceive you. This little restaurant is packed with flavor. The Philly cheese steak is absolutely delicious. Pasta salad made fresh and super yummy. Crab cake made with real crab. Turkey bacon paninni is full of flavor. Child's plain pizza is enough to feed a family almost. Definitely recommend a stop here if in Hershey!

I'm not quite sure how many stars to give. The food was very good. But I have celiac disease and need to eat gluten free -- I went here specifically because the menu clearly marks many items as gluten free. But when we talked to the staff when ordering they didn't know what we were talking about. Also, it said breakfast was served all day, and I was banking on that for the picky eater kids. The menus in the restaurant had all the info that was inaccurate or that the staff didn't know about and so I was really worried I would get sick -- turned out okay though.
However, as I said, the food was

It says they open at 7:30 online and on their sign in the window.
I showed up at 8:49 they wouldn't open the door gave me the 9:00 sign. Not good business, have a nice day you won't see me again think about changing your signs and listings.

Excellent food and service. I don't know if our waiter was like the owner or what, but he was awesome and so helpful because we are always a problem. I wanted vinegar for my fries, and he wasn't sure if they had any, so he had the chef make up some special vinegar just for us, and it was sooooooo good. Fantastic!! Could not recommend enough!

I stopped in for lunch on a Saturday and got the Little Piggies panini. What a delicious sandwich! I got the fries as well which I think are usually just a write off but these fries were fresh, super crispy, and had a nice seasoning to them. It was a little pricier all in than I wanted, BUT I think it was worth it. I'll be back!

We stopped here in the morning before leaving Herschey. Serving staff was friendly, food was good, prices were decent. I had the avocado toast and my husband had an omelette. Nothing remarkable about the food and nothing wrong.

However, the women's bathroom was kind of a mess, with the air blowing right onto the toilet so I couldn't put TP down on the questionable seat, they were out of soap, and the towels were just stacked on top of the toilet tank. For a high traffic tourist area, especially after over a year of covid, that isn't cool at all. My husband said there was nothing

Normally my family and I love to go here, but our service yesterday was terrible and the ice cream was mediocre. The employee was incredibly rude; took a personal phone call in the middle of our order and literally threw the pen and receipt at my mom. We will not be back.

I had breakfast here on a Saturday morning with my family before visiting Hershey Park and I am glad we did. Everyone's food was good! I had some of the french toast and pancakes and I enjoyed them both. I also really liked their breakfast potatoes. Our waitress was also sweet and attentive. They don't have any sort of reservations and you can't put your name in and then wait. You have to physically wait in line to get a table which is a little annoying, but not a deal-breaker. If I am ever in the area again, I would definitely stop by again!

We ate on a Saturday morning and just beat the breakfast rush. People were waiting outside for a chance to eat here. I had Blueberry Pancakes with an order of bacon and my Husband had a Sausage Gravy Breakfast Skillet. Both dishes were outstanding! I've had a lot of pancakes, but these were really tops! There were only two cooks and two waitresses, and while we did wait a bit on food, our coffee mugs never emptied, and the waitress was very attentive.

At first appearance the small dining room looks ok, several tables full of dirty plates and pizza stands, Nice waitress approaches with menus and let us know how to place the order at the register, Decent menu choices. At the register she took my orders, suggested they're "known for their upside down brick oven pizza and cheesesteaks" so upon her recommendation we ordered an upside down brick oven pizza with mushroom and pepperoni a cheesesteak and a few other items and drinks. When the drinks were brought out I immediately noticed lipstick on 2 of the 4 glasses- disgusting!!! Waitress

Small little cafe right off of Rt 422 and the Hershey Museum. There is a small parking lot in front of the cafe or you can utilize the free downtown parking lot across the street if there is an over flow. Ordered pick up for a Mother's Day lunch. The food was fresh off the grill at the time I requested it to be ready. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak wit whiz. The rolls make the sandwich! A little taste of Philly without the hassle of a big city. Also ordered a personal cheese pizza. The pizza crust was a little crispy and cheese was a little burnt but the pizza was enough to feed 3 people

This place is amazing! The people that work here (and own this place) are the best. I have been here MANY times over the years, never been disappointed! Went here Friday for pizza (been watching a lot of Barstool sports pizza reviews). Friday was BOGO pizza. We ordered the Meats pizza, upside down pizza with pepperoni and bacon. We loved the pizza! Full of flavor and crispy! The two pizzas filled 2 growing teens and two adults. We had almost a full pizza left over.
Of course we had to get ice cream too! It was just as good! We ordered the sundae with a lot of peanut butter stuff on it

I've only had the breakfast at this location (specialty omelette). 4/5 stars. I recommend.

THE GOOD:
1) service: very helpful and friendly staff.
2) quality: meal was delicious.
3) location: it's in the commercial district

CAN IMPROVE:
1) guest capacity: only one table can hold over 4 guests (COVID related?).
2) no known discounts
3) parking: parking lot is shared with other establishments.

Our party visited this restaurant for breakfast. The inside is very cozy, and one is surrounded by the rich smells of a greasy-spoon breakfast. Service was prompt and the food delicious. I ordered the New York omelette, which consisted of smoked salmon and onions. The meal was served with lightly-fried potatoes. Everything was well-seasoned and the salmon did not overpower the rest of the omelette.
It was unfortunate that this establishment was closed on Monday and Tuesday, as my party and I would have returned each morning for breakfast.

2nd time. Trying out the apple , goat cheese, bacon and walnut salad. Nice portion and fresh tasting. A little heavy handed on the honey - will ask for light next time. Getting ice cream but not sure which of the great sundaes. Had the Trojan last time which was amazing. Will try something new this time. Ended up with just 1 scoop of HERSHEY'S moose tracks - yummy.

Great hearty spot to fill you up! Great customer service! The lady was so kind to deliver our order next door to where we sat for some crepes.

Wow! These French fries are amazing! The burger was very tasty. Very rare to find Italian wedding soup at restaurant! It was homemade delicious. The sausage is from the local market.
