Where to start, front desk guy had an attitude from the get go, when I presented my Amazon qr code for shopping he told be they weren't an actual UPS store and I would have to pay his store to ship the product instead of using my amazon.com qr code my advise stay away, store is shaddy business at best

Sent 2 packages to my son when he was on the PCT. Neither arrived on time so he had to purchase supplies and move on. They will not see that the packages are returned. Lost a good camp stove and a new pair of New Balance shoes. The US Post Office is less than half the price and the packages are always returned if not picked up.

We had a great experience at Overland Post after being rudely turned away two minutes after the 3:30pm (!) closing time at the nearby Copy Center. We were desperate to transmit a legal document and they took good care of us by printing and then faxing a document at a very reasonable price. I reluctantly deducted a star because there was no mobile phone coverage inside the store itself so I had to step outside to make a phone call.

I went in today to mail a package like I've done several times. I tried to explain to the woman last time when I mailed a package I had used a box similar to one she had behind the counter. I told her I wanted to do next day ground which I had also done in the past she tried to tell me there was no such thing. She gave me a next day air box when I tried to explain I wanted next day ground due to the large price difference. She was extremely rude and extremely snippy and short with me at which point I told her to give me my box back so I could remove the items and go somewhere else at which

Overland Post was amazing! I frequently have oddly shaped large pieces of Art to ship. I can bring it to them and they have every to pack and get the item to my customer safely. We use them for all our shipping, and highly recommend them. From one small business to another they're doing a great job.

The only reason I use this horrific business is because they are the only game in town. Little boy at the counter isn't the brightest bulb in the box and has a hard time using the computer so i have to do all his work for him. He has a hard time using the mouse and clicking the right address. since he can't handle the pressure of his remedial job, i'm forced to fill everything out even though the info is in my shipment history.
