Soooo awesome! I've been trying to find a place to send back my Spectrum equipment, finally found The Shipping Store. It was crowded when I walked in, but the line moved exceptionally quick. I was nervous about my return but the guy handled like it was no big deal. Really reassured me. He also kept fun conversation while he was pressing everything. I will definitely be coming back!

Yesterday I dropped off a Fed-Ex package of escrow documents at 4:30 p.m. with a priority overnight label. I did not understand that I had missed the pick up time of 3:00 as it is not posted anywhere and the very nice man who helped me didn't mention it.
When I discovered today that the package had not gone out i called the store and spoke to a female employee. I explained the situation and that I hadn't realized the documents where not picked up the night before. She said it was my responsibility to ask and that it is posted on their website. I wouldn't be looking at the website if I'm standing

That is so interesting Cathy because I was also hung up on by a man at this shipping store. I dropped off a package for UPS two weeks ago and now the package is lost. UPS has no record of receiving it from the shipping store. The man I spoke to refused to help in any way. He said that he has been doing this for years and has sent out 24,000 packages and they just get lost all the time. He ended up calling me a sad woman and hung up on me. Completely outrageous customer service. Never go here.

Love it here! It's the only place I ship my packages from. It's a family business and they are wonderful people. I was nervous to start shipping packages regularly but they have made it a great experience. If I have questions they help me out and if I need a different box, they have them right there in store. 100% recommend

This is my go to place when I need something packed or shipped. It's always a pleasant experience and have always received a warm welcome and great service. It's definitely worth the drive if you're in Red Bluff since Overland Post is a horrible place to have to do business. Thanks for always taking great care of my packages and shipping needs!

Found this place and glad I did. They are super friendly, professional and always go that extra mile to make sure that all of my shipping needs are met. I read the last review someone left and as a person that deals with shipping most every day knows first hand that items scanned in by the postal service does NOT always happen the same day and in no way is this companies problem. Friendly enough, But-- Was told by company to send cashier's check by overnight Fed Ex. Took it to Shipping store and lady said might not be able to send to P. O. box, but man said it would be okay, so paid $180.93 for it to arrive the next morning at 8;am. which was to be Friday the 15th. It actually arrived at destination on Mon. at 1:09 12/18. Went back to shipping store and was told I would have to contact Fed Ex for refund.

Tucked in between take & bake pizza, dry cleaners & a delightful coffee shop is this hidden treasure. The owners are friendly and helpful. All your shipping can be accomplished here. They offer a small bank of post office boxes for reasonable rent. Packing materials and shipping boxes are ready for you. I will be stopping in often.
