We offer new and used sales of all major appliances. We also offer knowledgeable repair for individuals, businesses and property management companies.
I was all ready to purchase a new appliance, but after you helped me realize that my current one could easily be repaired I was blown away. The repair was inexpensive and fast. Thanks for helping me avoid an unnecessary purchase. I will be back in the future for all my appliance needs. You guys are friendly, honest, and to the point.

My 1st experience with them & tha guy was cool & very understanding not to mention he was very helpful on stuff I didn't understand & took tha time to explain it, tha price was right so definitely would recommend going there

Nothing less than amazing customer service every single time. From parts for my dryer, to purchasing a new to me washer. To parts for my next washer. The prices are fair. The guys are incredibly helpful and good for a laugh. They've never let me leave with a part without confirming I know what I'm doing. And if I don't their labor and parts are so reasonable! Absolutely unbeatable! I will never go anywhere else

I called to asked about their refrigerator inventory & before I even finished telling him what I was looking for he cut me off and said “we sure don’t”. Like at least let me finish talking. That was very rude!

Two separate situations, months apart, with the same unprofessional, rude and condescending individual trying to schedule an appointment. To have a man be so disrespectful and condescending to a woman trying to schedule an appointment is appalling.

Thanks for helping us purchase the washer. Still has issues it shouldn't have for a new washer though you send someone out to up keep it when we call so that is something to be thankful for.

My dryer went out so I decided to purchase a used set from these guys since it was a reasonable price and came with a 6 month warranty. I experienced issues with my washer immediately and called the store to get it figured out. It took a week for someone to come out (partially because I'm a single father and not always home) just for them to say it will need to go into the shop. I literally had to call the store a week later asking them when they would pick up the washer. 2-3 weeks later, I again had to call the store to get an update on the washing machine that was then delivered and installed

I had an issue with my washing machine (not spinning) and after telling them what was wrong with it they tried to help me trouble shoot it. The guy was very helpful on the phone, but i was over my head. So I set up a service call, they were pretty flexible with my work schedule. The tech that came out was on time and was able to fix my washer for much cheaper then another appliance store i called. If i have any more appliance issues i plan to call them in the future. But hopefully I wont need to call them ;>)

Nice repairman but not familiar with our refrigerator & did not know where to begin as he did not have a wiring diagram of our refrigerator. I pulled up a service manual as he did not have a PC. Still could not do any further testing. Called Capital back to tell them the tech did not really do anything until I pulled up a manual even then he was unable to perform any test. Gave me he best guess estimate, stated he did not want to charge me but its not up to him....The person answering phone said he needed to talk to the tech & the owner about crediting the call as he said he already charged my
