Called for service on a single door refrigerator, they are not taking on new customers or have the time to travel outside of Salem to fix any equipment. I visit many hospitality locations in the region daily and sadly will not be recommending Randals at all. I do like to support local businesses so Big shout out to Frank and Ray at Central mechanical for same day, prompt professional service.
