A native New Yorker, Lisa graduated from Monmouth County Vo-Tech after a family relocation. She has enjoyed a very successful 20 year cosmetology career. Lisa is a single mother of two amazing daughters. After making a dramatic body transformation, Lisa discovered her passion of fitness and wellness.
The great High school coach Morgan Wooten once said that the beauty of coaching is that you get to touch lives, you get to make a difference. You get to do things for people who will never pay you back and they say you never had a perfect day until you've done something for someone who will never pay you back.

Exercies is very important to weight loss. Obviously, it is very possible and likely that you can lose weight with diet alone. Without exercise you are not benefiting from growth of metabolic tissues and you may lose muscle and bone density. Data shows that to lose weight with exercise and keep it off, you need to build up to five to seven workouts a week, 50 minutes each, at a moderate intensity.
