My review was honest. And I’m only back here to clarify because I am being misrepresented. I never raised my voice. I did in jocular fashion call him a scheister because it was very much like what a scheister would do. He didn’t have a valid explanation he just did not want to give the 20% off. And he removed the tag as I was standing there… if anyone was rambling it was him because he didn’t have a valid explanation .

I am never one to go with a negative for the sake of a negative. I will always mention a positive experience but will try to avoid negative unless I feel it’s necessary. In this case it is; be very suspect and careful of this place. I went in there and the personality of the guy that was in there was woefully lacking but that’s not the problem;;the problem is he was a scheister… old lingo for a really disingenuous/dishonest guy who pulled a 20% tag off of a mattress was a six month old floor model just because he felt like it and denied the discount. Don’t shop at this place.

The guy brought my mattress and box spring, but dragged them to my apartment even though they were wrapped in plastic instead of putting them on the dolly and wheeling both of them up to my apartment, but what was really bad was the very, very sorry customer service, I understand that we're in a pandemic and everything but this was absolutely sorry, not even offering assistance with getting the mattresses in or getting the old mattresses off my bed and the new ones on but the guy didn't even say hi, how you're doing, nothing but as he rushed off he did say have a good day, I hope he didn't break

Great place. We were looking for an inexpensive, but good quality mattress for a guest room for my elderly, arthritic mother. Called ahead and was immediately helped. As soon as we showed up, several models were ready for us to try. We stayed within out budget and even received assistance wrapping and loading. Very happy.

The beds are fine as long as you don't order online and don't ask for delivery. I ordered a King Mattress with Box Spring via their web page. Fast forward 2 days later, they delivered the mattress and not the boxspring. They initially said their order form said a Queen but my husband sent them the screenshot of the order form. The delivery guy had… an attitude because I asked him to take the mattress upstairs. I called the warehouse inquiring where the boxspring was. After going back and forth with the guy at the warehouse, he said that the online order (problem with their website) didnt

I got a great mattress for a great price. We've searched around for the last few months and couldn't find anything reasonable except for here. The two gentle men that helped us today were very sweet and personable. Like others said, don't let the warehouse appearance fool you. There's a wide selcetion!

SUMMARY: Love our Sanya Sephora Hybrid, wouldn't buy a bed without checking out these guys at Premium first, and definitely wouldn't do so for a Bed-in-Box - awesome way to buy a bed, well worth the trip!
* BED-IN-BOX SHOWROOM vs ONLINE-ONLY (5.0) - If you're tempted to follow the rage and buy a bed online, then why take the risk of buying sight unseen, when you can try before you buy at a showroom with beds on display, at the same price (or darned close to it)? Zero frills, just a step or two above a warehouse even, but it serves the purpose just fine, and that's what counts

I am a college student and was just looking for a basic mattress and box spring set for a pretty low cost.
Don't be fooled by the warehouse appearance. Their mattresses are great! I told the owner that I needed something decently comfortable and relatively inexpensive because I am in college. He didn't try to haggle with me or give me the run around at all. He showed me several different mattresses. I ended up with a full size mattress

On a quest for a new king-sized mattress and foundation (they don't call them box springs anymore, go figure), we came across this small store in Raleigh.
Wow. Talk about discounts! We jokingly half expected to find body outlines and blood stains on them since they were so cheap but these mattresses are PRISTINE. And comfy? Oh yeah.
They also offered us free delivery. We got a $4k set for only $999 and nothing was wrong with it. That's what I said, NOTHING was wrong with it.
Don't pay too much. Stop here before you buy that bed!
P.S. They also have inexpensive but nice mattress
