I thought I found a company like the one I grew up with in my hometown and would be my go to place when the rest of my appliances reach the end of life. The website claimed a "worry-free installation" with "knowledgeable experts" so I assumed buying from the business would have a highly professional crew. Inept is an understatement as they did not seem to know what to do or how to properly move either appliance. I had to pay extra for delivery from Garner Appliance as the big box stores offer free delivery so I thought the crew would be skilled.

We were remodeling our kitchen and needed all new appliances. Our contractor recommended Garner so I went to their showroom in Raleigh. I met Dave when I walked into the store he was very friendly. Dave was extremely knowledgeable about all the appliances in the store. We bought a refrigerator, induction oven, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. All were installed by Carl their contractor. I couldn't be happier with how everything went. The prices were great, the items were delivered quickly and the installation went smoothly with no issues. I had a completely different experience than other reviewers. I walked in was greeted within a minute of arrival. The person talked to me a few minutes about the washer I was looking at and then deferred to a salesman with more in depth knowledge of the product differences.

They discussed the options and guided me to a machine that met all my needs. I had done some research prior to going and had narrowed it down to two models. They were able to assist me in determining which one suited me the best. I am satisfied that I made a good purchase and I have not found the washer cheaper anywhere else

Two tries and both strike outs. The first time I went, the one employee was with someone. He never acknowledged me or said hello. I browsed around for about fifteen minutes and left. I came back on a different day and there were two employees working, both with other customers. Again, no wave or hello or an, 'I'll be with you in a minute." I waited about 15 minutes again and finally went over to interrupt one of them so I could get an idea of how long I was going to need to wait. He told me he was with a customer. I asked if I needed to make an appointment and he told me no, that

Rude, rude, rude. I waited 15 minutes in an empty store, the only employee telling me multiple times he'd "be right with me." There were literally no other customers. After driving over half an hour to get there, and waiting 15 minutes, I walked out. It was only after I was already in my car that the employee ran to the front door to see where I had gone. I drove right down the road to Home Depot and bought my appliance there, and received excellent customer service.
