These guys did a fantastic job reupholstering my concert piano bench. We met to choose the cover material, and then I was on the waiting list for a couple of months. They called when it was time to bring the bench in, and had it done in a couple of days. Wow! its better than new. Absolutely worth the wait. Great service, great price! Totally professional!

Aparently they do a lot of the furniture for the LDS temples. I mean like around the world no just locally. They are the Cadillac of upholstery shops and It's not cheap.

I had Mike and Kelly reupholster a living room chair that I just couldn't live without. I tried finding similar chairs, big oversized curved back wing, but it looks like they just don't make them anymore. I originally special ordered the chair so I am kind of picky plus I sold furniture for years so I know what good quality is. Mike and Kelly did an excellent job on the chair. It is beautiful and looks brand new again. Their workmanship is flawless and they were so great and accommodating to work with. I would highly recommend!

A+++ Craftmanship!! Markell's is busy for a very good reason and well worth the wait. We had 4 bar stools recovered in leather and could not be more pleased with the results. A family run and honest business that unfortunately are the last of a dying breed. I would recommend Markell's to anyone without hesitation.

I've worked twice with this company. Had two wingback chairs reupholstered and they turned out beautiful. They look great in my front room. They've also given new life to some of my couch cushions. I would definitely recommend this company!

I am only giving one star because Kellie didn't do well with in home measurements which are critical with anything that is custom made.
Kellie did not even remember our initial appointment, we had to call to remind her 1/2 hour after the time she was to arrive, she said she totally forgot and apologized extensively which we accepted, we understand, busy people have a lot on their mind.
We had four custom valances made, a window seat, and a few pillows which cost over $2,250.00. No sign off paperwork or diagrams were ever presented of what she was making for us so we could verify the dimensions

Markell's is the best place to get good quality upholstery in northern Utah. The owners have always treated me with respect, their service has been top notch, and the quality of their work is very very good. You can't beat the service anywhere.

The owners are very friendly and are willing to work with you. Very glad that I went the Markell's for my sofa. I love it!
