Obtaining approval from the Minneapolis Preservation Committee and Building Department in order to add on this 5'x2' bump. This basement bathroom was so hated and unused by the owner that the cat's litter box sat inside the shower. This young professional couple loved their 1924 house and its location, but hated how isolated they felt trying to entertain.
