We are a full-service computer service company and a website design firm based in Springfield, MA. We serve both business and home users. Our business customers are small- to mid-sized firms who don't need a full-time computer technician on staff, yet require ongoing computer services. Our website, the Connecticut Food Association, was down, and getting it functional again was an emergency priority.

Chris is amazing. Extremely knowledgeable, so conscientious. Locates issues immediately. Takes the time to answer questions, and teach what went wrong. Chris is one in a million - he is beyond fair. A wonderful human being, who values the customer, more than the dollar. I can't say enough about Chris. He has helped me so much with my digital equipment, even great advice about marketing. I never hesitate to call, knowing my problem will be resolved quickly, without having worries about an exorbitant bill.

Recently I encountered serious problems with my computer and printer. I mentioned the problems to a friend and she gave the name of 16 Acres c Computers. I called and spoke to Chris. He said he could come out that afternoon. He checked out the issues and give me several solutions. In no time he had me up and running. I would recommend 16 Acres Computers to anyone. They show up when the say they will, prices are great and Chris is great with answering your Questions!

Chris is the ultimate in a patient, knowledgeable, responsive, caring individual who explains things in our every day language. His pricing is thoughtful, fair and sensitive to our individual situations. If my problem can be solved by remote he does it in a timely manner. On those few occasions when on site attention is appropriate hes very prompt. I have been happily recommending him to others ever since I first used him over 5 years ago.

I have been working with 16 Acers computer Chris Rarogiewicz for 15 years ,and i have to say he's never given me bad advice. When i call for service he always response in a timely manor. I find Chris to be very patient with me due to the lack of computer knowledge on my part.
