J. Sadler Design
Jim Sadler is a graphic designer focusing on small businesses in the Northampton, Mass region and beyond offering branding, web and print design, sign and display, book design as well as digital illustration and interpretive lettering services. There is nothing like having the right tools for presenting your wares to the public in a unique and memorable way.

Custom 'Interpretive' lettering is often the only way to arrive at the right visual fit for the message you want to deliver. As in the music industry, there are many new and exciting ways of delivering your ideas to audiences you seek. That's my job! I set in motion over 30 years of experience in graphic design and visual communication, utilizing the ever-changing technologies that give form to the message.
Services
Each application of a business, product or event identity is a form of graphic communication to a potential client or consumer and works its silent magic any time, night or day. It does so by combining images and words in a graphic presentation that is self-explanatory to any viewer, whether viewed as signage, in print or on the web.
The ink-to-paper world of print media results in all manner of individual items produced in quantities, containing information and ideas, and destined for targeted audiences. Business cards, post cards, newspapers, magazines, brochures, posters, flyers, newsletters, labels, packaging etc., are just a few print media applications available.
Signs and various kinds of display provide architectural and other solid structures on which to communicate. The materials and methods employed in these applications vary widely, presenting technical challenges quite different from those in the printing and web based industries. I work with sign companies in much the same way I work with printers.
Book design is a form of graphic communication that allows the reader to become focused solely on content through its order, structure and proper use of typography and illustration, creating a bond between reader and author. Technology is providing an alternative to the big publishing houses by making it possible for authors to self-publish and market their own works.
