Needed 3 pieces of steel powder coated. Called and asked if they would be willing to do the job to which they stated they would. Talked to Conrad in person on a Wednesday to flesh out details. Told job would be done on Friday (2 days). Called Friday stating that it wasn't ready, should be ready on Monday. Stop by in person to pick up the metal and Conrad has no idea what I'm talking about. He asks who I talked to. I refresh his memory about how he said it would be done Friday, how I called and was told Monday. He hem-and-haws for a minute then says he can get it in right away.
