Powder Coating Report

Is a dry coating method in which fine clear or pigmented powder particles, containing resin, modifiers, and possibly a curing agent, are electrostatically sprayed onto a substrate and heated (melted) in a oven to form a continuous film. Powder coating is a metal finishing process that offers a more superior finish than alternative finishes like paint.

Decided to upgrade my truck including powder coating the very damaged wheels. Optimum Coating does it all in one step. They removed the tires from the rim and remounted and balanced the wheels afterwards. They are very professional and fast. They even hand painted the center caps that couldn’t be baked. The finished product was more than I expected and for a very competitive price. Well done!

I welded together a shelf out of 1" square tube steel. The team at Optimum coated it with the exact shade I wanted and the piece looks like it came from a showroom instead of my dirty garage. :)

I have a 20 year old wrought iron patio set that was really showing it's age. It had oxidized, starting to rust in spots and was turning a worn out shade of gray. In short it looked awful. Checking out new patio furniture I realized how expensive outdoor furniture had become. I was referred to Optimum Coating and took my patio set there. In about ten days they called me back and I couldn't believe it was the same set. I think it actually looked better than when it had been purchased new!
