Your Achilles tendon, the largest tendon in your body, connects your heel bone at the back of your foot to your calf muscles in your lower leg. Because of your Achilles tendon, you can point and flex your foot, and even rotate your ankle. You might be prone to developing Achilles tendon disorders because of your inherited foot shape, too.
What can happen if flat feet are not treated? Knee problems, back pain, tendonitis, bunions, hammertoes, stress fractures and other issues. If your family members have flat feet, it is very likely that the condition will only worsen as you get older. Diabetic people are more probe to problems if they have flat feet.

I did a lot of research regarding which doctor to see for mortons neuroma surgery. Dr. Bregman is the only podiatrist you need to see. I had mn for a crazy long period. I consulted several different doctors, did every conservative treatment imaginable. I found Dr. Bregman through Google and we talked about surgery. I discuss this with the other doctors as well. Many of the other doctors I consulted either didnt feel comfortable doing the procedure or didnt do it often enough. I was very surprised by how many of the nerve surgeries Dr. Bregman has done. I had the worst experience with Dr. Bregman! It is truly bizarre that a Doctor can behave this way and think he can get away with it! He acted annoyed that I had an appointment, he didn't want to come into the room to see me tried to let his nurse handle his business and when he did come in he addressed me with "what do I want"! Then his behavior was even more rude and absurd saying he had surgery to do and what do I want from him! It was beyond unprofessional it was just bizarre behavior! Arrogant and condescending I will report his bizarre rude behavior to the medical board. Yes doctor you must

I've had problems with my feet for 20+ years. In the past I've seen at least 6 different podiatrist and received 5 different diagnosis. Earlier this year I had a podiatrist want to remove a nerve in my foot. I agreed. I also had joined a Facebook group to see what others were saying about their morton's neuroma diagnosis. While waiting to have my surgery I posted on the Facebook group that I was about to have surgery and that's when I met Dr Bregman. He explained to me why I shouldn't have the nerve removed. I quickly changed my consent to surgery. Needless to say it was a failed decompression

Such a great office and doctor and the wait times are short. Dr. Bregman is incredible. He’s a very patient person who genuinely cares about his patients. He always takes the time to explain things to me in terms that I can understand. The entire staff is wonderful.
I had an infection that turned out being a nightmare for me! Dr Bregman was extremely helpful during the whole process. I was personally in contact with him via texts and emails to ensure the infection was taken care of. He was available to help even during Thanksgiving, this is incredible. I ended up needed to have a second injury

I suffered with foot pain for several years and went to see so many doctors. I tried all sorts of treatment and nothing worked. After my consult with Dr. Bregman, I trusted his treatment plan and scheduled surgery. It's been one year and I have been symptom free ever since! I am very greatfull to him as I don't have to miss out from life due to painful feet! Thank you Doc!

As a lifelong Las Vegan, I have seen almost every podiatrist in the valley. When my flat feet and bunions were making it almost impossible to exercise, hike and, travel, I knew it was time to find a great surgeon. When i found Dr. Bregman it was such a relief to me to be in such fantastic care. He performed my Hyprocure surgery and bunionectory with incredible ease. I absolutely adore his staff. Linda is an expert MA and has helped with wound care and laser treatment. I couldn't be more pleased and excited to be able to live my life again thanks to Dr. Bregman!

We saw Dr. Bregman to get a second opinion after one podiatrist wanted to completely remove two of my teenage son's toenails. It was a bit of an emergency, and his scheduler squeezed us into the schedule. We were very thankful for that, as Dr. Bregman took a much less aggressive treatment approach. Dr. Bregman has excellent credentials and a great bedside manner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
