Great spa, I love it . I’ve had several facials all great . Really good micro needling too. But I recently got xeomin and was left with two large hard bumps on my forehead from I’m guessing injection trauma as the injection site bled a lot. I’ve gotten Botox for the last 14 years and never had this and I am not saying that the injector did it incorrectly but I’ve never gotten any lumps or bumps before😳 I probably won’t get it again there…. But I still like the spa and it’s other services

I got laser tattoo for my ring finger (yeah got divorced sadly) and did read all the paperwork that did state the possibility of bad scarring. I have a lot of scars and zero history of keloid but check the pictures for what might happen if you’re considering it. They tried an ablative laser once then I sent a picture and got this response, “I hate that the ablative didn’t break that scar down any. I would recommend not continuing tattoo removal treatments so the keloid scar doesn’t get bigger because I’m afraid that’s what would happen”. They gave me 4 tattoo laser treatments and

We try to buy a hair removal service . The staff was rude . He didn’t let me read the contract and he didn’t let me be at the consultation meeting . My wife needs interpreter and he didn’t let me be at the meeting. Unbelievable manner.
After 1 minutes they come back and he said: we can’t do the contract because your wife couldn’t figure out what am I. Saying.
Very rude and it was shameful manner.
He talked with us just to find a way to kick us out.

I purchased a Groupon package and asked every appointment how many sessions I had left. I was told I had one more session and then upon completing that session, was told that I went over and was now going to be charged for the session. When I stated that it was unfair that I was told I was within my package and now that was no longer the case, I was told “that’s just as much your fault for not keeping track”. And they charged me anyway. Will not return for such unprofessional treatment and wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone and will never return.

After finally having extra money for tattoo removal, I found a Groupon for jack and Jill aesthetics. The environment is very nice and calming. The staff was amazing, friendly, and informative from the front desk back to the tattoo removal itself. The women who did that tattoo removal was so nice and experienced! I can’t wait to go back for my second session! She made me feel comfortable when I was nervous. I’m so glad I made this purchase and found jack and Jill. I’ll be trying other services soon.

I love Jack and Jill Aesthetics! I go here for laser hair removal and they always do a great job. They are also very accommodating if I ever need to reschedule my apt. I would recommend them to anyone interested in laser hair removal.
