Dr. David Gilpin is a native of Nashville, TN. After graduating from Vanderbilt University with a degree in Biomedical Engineering, Dr. Gilpin pursued his M.D. from The University of Tennessee College of Medicine. After considering multiple medical specialties, Dr. Gilpin discovered his passion for the head and neck.
With over 15 years of Aesthetic Director experience, Christine does a brilliant job in the role as our Practice Supervisor and Nurse Injector/ Laser Specialist. She previously spent years as the regional cosmetic trainer and speaker for well renowned pharmaceutical company Galderma and Allergan as well as being a member of the Tennessee Society of Laser Medicine.

Cant recommend Dr Gilpin enough! I had sought out a revision rhinoplasty, although at first nervous to make this move again i knew I was in the right hands the moment I stepped in here. I’m only 3 months post op and happy with my results! Dr Gilpin gives you a realistic approach of what to expect surgically and makes sure you’re on the same page prior to proceeding which was huge. He uses photo imaging to give you an idea of what to expect and even sent a flower arrangement during my recovery which ended up being smoother than I had anticipated for a revision. The whole process was comforting

Dr. Gilpin and his phenomenal staff changed my life. I have been insecure about my nose my whole life and they made it absolutely perfect. They really care for you like you are a part of their family and somehow actually make the experience fun. I felt no worry or fear before my surgery because I had the upmost confidence and trust in this amazing team. They are so friendly and make you feel so comfortable. I truly will never forget the kindness and care that they showed me. Plus my nose is so beautiful now! Ha ha :)))))
