Nothing special at this shop. They left me hanging on a check engine light that keeps coming on. Brand new 2022 xp 1000. they tell me ..it’s a user error code….Your braking and hitting the gas at the same time….(hey anything is possible right, but it’s highly unlikely though …..while at Durhamtown I’ve tried to isolate the condition that was making the light come on and subsequently the loss of power. Nothing specific, it happens at random conditions. I explain all this to the service department when I dropped it off. I even called them from the trail and spoke to them to explain the

Nikki was great to work with! From order to the point my general arrived she kept me in the loop and made sure i was happy. We i was hit by a drunk driver a week after owning the general she was quick to help and made sure my sxs was put up front to get accessed for damage. I went there looking at side by sides and met with the salesman named Preston. He was extremely nice and was very knowledgeable of the machines. He knew everything about them and fully explained all my questions. if you are looking for a SxS, ATV, etc. definitely ask for Preston. He is very helpful. I highly recommend Carolina Power Sports

I purchased a new Polaris Sportsman from Power Sports Carolina in October 2020. My salesman was James and he did a great job helping me choose the ATV/UTV that was best suited for what I wanted to do. I also had interaction with Scott (Sales Mgr) and that was also 100%. I was invited to go on a ride with them the first weekend I had my new ATV and had a great time at CAW.
