After ordering an M50 cutring gasket, John promptly emailed me to inform me that there was a mishap with the stock numbers and that they were awaiting a shipment that wouldn't be in for a while. He offered to keep the order open if I could wait or cancel it, no questions asked.

John is THE BMW performance shop in the country. Everything these guys do is top notch, my e36 has one of his turbo kits on it. Best decision I have made in my life. Super friendly, trustworthy, and easy to deal with. His staff is also great to deal with. Would recommend to anyone that is trying to make their BMW faster the right way! Don’t trust the other fly by night guys that don’t know what they are doing!!!

Johns knowledge of BMW performance and tuning is unmatched. If you are in Charlotte, NC or the surrounding area and searching for someone with decades professional experience of tuning the BMW platform then search no further. I had quite a few issues going on with my 2008 BMW 535i N54 with Purge Stage 2 turbos and John was able to remediate all of the issues as well as make major improvements to the entire set up. John runs a rare business (in the performance market) at CES where he is truly concerned about his customers, their cars, and doing right by both of them. I've had my BMW tuned twice at CES with wonderful results each time. I drive about 3hrs to CES to have this work done and it is well worth it. Last time he sent me pictures of every little issue they noticed with my 20+yo car when they had it on the lift. The amazing thing is that they were able to identify every known issue with my car that was on my "to fix" list. Other shops wouldn't even bother, but they have exceptional attention to detail

I got my car dyno'd at CES John and it was a great experience. There was another occasion where I picked up my car at eurompire a few doors down and John of CES was there to meet me to give me my keys (eurom and CES work hand in hand). As I was testing my car on their private street my fuel pump died. John was nice enough to stick around, mind you it was a weekend, and help me diagnose it. He called Matt the owner of eurompire and they let me pluck the fuel pump out of the eurompire shop car which got me going again. He went out of his way for me and I truly am grateful, what a nice guy.
