Couple weeks ago I had to get my car towed had a tire blow out and I called another towing company first they kept saying they were 10 to 15 mins out every time I called them and was rude every time I called them. Called ultimate they were there within 10 mins and the rollback driver called us when he was getting close and he was nice and friendly and helped out a lot

I broke down on I-77 and the Highway Patrol stopped to assist. He offered what I think was called a “ quick pull” which he said that due to the fact I was on the highway AND in a construction zone that I was a hazard to myself and other motorists and they would tow my vehicle to the nearest off ramp free of charge. The officer called Ultimate towing and recovery and once they arrived with my vehicle they wanted to charge me for the tow. After talking to the officer, he came to tell the drivers that they were not to charge me because the state ( and taxpayers) pay for it which they agreed. Once

We recently broke down on a busy part of I77. Called our roadside assistance company which put us in contact with Ultimate Towing. Cody showed up within 25 minutes and had our Jeep loaded quickly. I was recently stranded almost 3 hours from home when I was hit by and then ran over a truck tire treaded in Virginia near the NC border. Ultimate Towing was prompt, professional and considerate during our drive to the auto body shop. We talked the entire drive and he made an extremely distressful time much more tolerable. Edwin was our life saver! Very professional, courteous, and punctual. He unloaded the car we were towing off the dolly, loaded it on his truck, and reloaded our car onto the dolly. Our car had no driveshaft, so it had to be reloaded creatively. Thanks to his knowledge we were back on the road in no time!! Thanks again Edwin! Six stars!

I don’t know if anyone knows Dan but let me be the first to say that he is amazing!!! We had a TERRIBLE experience with 3T towing and this guy came to save the day!! This review is for Shelton Key-n-Lock, which is now part of Ultimate Towing. I can't say enough about Donald and Carl. They are both extremely professional and their pricing is very fair. All of my vehicles I have purchased used; none had more than one set of keys. Donald and Carl have programmed/cut spare sets of key remotes for me for my vehicles, in addition to cutting spare sets of house keys. It only takes them a few minutes and I'm on my way. I'm very grateful for their services.

Shout out to TJ. Came almost to Greensboro to pick up my truck and took back to dealer. He was very quick and courteous. I would use again and recommend them. I have read other reviews and some seem a bit hateful but you always have a few. Good job guys and maybe the boss should by TJ’s lunch tomorrow?? I like the way he stayed in touch, kept me informed.

I had a flat tire in the middle of nowhere on Pipers Gap Road between Mount Airy , NC and Lambsberg, VA. I called AAA and was promptly texted Ultimate Towing would be there in 45 minutes. Ultimate Towing called me a minute later and said they would be right there. They arrived after 10 minutes. Two men arrived, and in 15 minutes they had retrieved my under the truck spare, then put it on my disabled Ford F-150. They were friendly, professional and skilled. I did not get their names. I felt safe and they helped make a bad situation as good as it could be. I'll welcome Ultimate Towing

This was probably the best tow service I have received. Driver Chris was there in less than a hour. Knowledgable about repair shop in the area. Very friendly company. I called several companies in the area and they where RUDE do not call any other company in the area without checking with these guys first.

UPDATE: Bobby called me this morning and had a long conversation with me explaining what happened here. It totally made sense what he was saying and he took time to show empathy and apologize for how the driver acted. I promised I'd update my review to reflect this. After speaking with Bobby he was able to smooth things over. I think the way things happened the other night caused this to escalate and the driver ended up putting a bad taste in my mouth. I wish I would have had Bobby's number that night and I don't things would have went down like they did. I'm thankful

So, let me start by saying I did not call them. I had a flat tire on my trailer. I was fixing it with the jack in my van. I looked up and the truck Ultimate Towing was right there. He stopped, without being asked and offered his commercial 2 ton jack. For those who ever changed a trailer tire with a regular bottle jack know this SUCKS! He just pulled out his jack and offered it at No Charge! He said it was much safer! Which it truly is significantly safer. I finished changing my tire. He put his jack away and never asked for a thing! This is the type of business you want out there. Making things

Terrible service. Driver got lost- drove 40 mi out of way and tried to charge us. After we called them on their ridiculous prices he threatened to keep our truck. We hav had dozens of tows to and from this location costing $350 less than this gouging company! A terrible way to treat a person and a company!

Chris was great. He was prompt and friendly which made the 80+ mile ride from Fancy Gap to Roanoke at 11pm at night almost enjoyable, especially considering that I was en route from Georgia for Christmas and an overnight stay in Roanoke was NOT in my plans. But Chris was really accommodating in stopping along way to the VW repair shop to allow me to check into a hotel. AND he brought me back to the hotel after we dropped off the car. It was a long night, but Chris made it far less stressful with a terrific display of great customer service! He even checked up the next day to ensure all was well

Worest serivce ever. The only reason that my truck didnt fall off the tow truck was i hooked it up myself. The driver had no clue what the hell he was doing. Had no idea where to chain up.Was super late eta 45 got the 2 hours later. Looked like a damn slob. While driving he was texting weaving thru the back roads. God forbid he was on a high way patrol call.

Gina and Kimberly are the Greatest people! Helping you to make sure your Vehicle gets fixed correctly and quickly! They also help you with all the communicating with your Insurance company!! The towing side of Ultimate Towing were fast to getting to our location at a gas station of of exit 93 by the 77 Highway! on New Years Eve! Stephen was our driver! He made us feel very relaxed and was able to help me and my family get to a hotel safely. We live 2 hours away and Ultimate towing kept us informed all the way through our minivans recovery in their body shop. You can't go wrong with them!!
