James from Piedmont towing was fantastic. We struck a deer on I-40 at 9pm and he was there within 10 minutes of the insurance company’s dispatch. He waited 30 mins with us while we waited for our ride to show up so my family and I could wait safely in our car. Once our ride showed up he waited while we transferred car seats and belongings to our ride home. He even sent pictures and text updates to let us know where he was taking our vehicle and when. It was a dangerous and scary situation but James did everything possible to keep our family safe while we were stranded on the side of the highway

These guys were amazing my fuel pump went out up in the mountains of North Carolina after a nine hour trip from home and they came and got me within 45 minutes of me calling for my tow service and even let me ride with him so I didn’t have to try and find the non existent Lyft nor Uber driver that works out of Winston-Salem N.C. Thanks again! I HIGHLY recommend their service!!

I called for a tow after the parts store told me I needed a starter. Driver jumped the battery and was able to get me back on the road with a new battery instead of a tow and a big shop bill. Thank you so much! You were a huge blessing today!

This was by far the best service I have ever had. The driver was friendly, knowledgeable and great to work with. He took extremely good care of my car and was very creative with regard to getting it loaded and started! So long story short... This place is run by two brothers. Lets just call them Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dumb. Watch out for the preppy one...he will give you more empty promises than a televangelist. He should probably change his first name to "Excuse". The other one (I like to call him Haus) is so fried or baked on something that he can barely string a sentence together. Think Sling Blade.
