Fine for an overnight. Many seasonal sites. Due to construction, our GPS sent us down to a road closure and we had to back our truck and trailer back up the road for about a quarter mile (It would have been nice for the staff at the campground to give us a heads up and an alternative route when we called ahead of time). Cash only payment (hiding income perhaps?).

This is always a favorite for the whole family. We've been coming here for the past few years and we love it! Oh and the kids go absolutely crazy for the indoor pool so that's a big plus! Would totally recommend this campground!

There is some construction happening at the front where they are working on some rail cars turning them into a meeting space of some sort but overall this is a very clean campground. Many seasonal campers but well kept and super friendly group. The pool was immaculate! Great place to stay a few days. We backed up to the fishing pond. Nice relaxing view. I would return if in the area.

Had a great weekend with the family at Timber ridge. We stayed at their cabins would highly recommend very clean and upkept. Staff was very relaxed and friendly. Amenities were as described indoor pool was a hit with the kids and the pond was well stocked for fishing. Vermilion marina is only 15 minutes away and Lorain metroparks are just as close so plenty to do in the area. Great for families or just a getaway for adults.

Beautiful and great place. They gave a hall to rent. There are are new cabins to rent, plus camper and tent campsites. Really nice and clean indoor pool. A nice lake to fish in. Loved it.

Just stopped in to pick up a recently purchased camper for a friend. As your driving in, the place looks pretty dumpy and run down. Looks like they are making improvement on a daily basis though.

Nice campground. We were only there for 1 night, but had full hook up and a cement pad. Kids loved the playground and indoor pool.

The location of this campground is great. The campers are great. There are not a ton of rules, we can pull our camper out whenever we'd like, and they allow pets. The shower house is nice, shower areas are not heated. They have nice play areas for children. It is close to Mill Hollow, a dollar store, gas station, pizza place, and many others. It's only $1 a person for the day for visitors.
That being said, there are many sites that look unkempt, with rundown, old campers. There is no gate and key card as there used to be one at the entrance. It has been down for years and not put back up. The

Called a few weeks ahead to get a weekend spot. They were really friendly on the phone and we were able to get a lake side spot with a concrete pad.

Check in was easy. They only take cash or check so be prepared before coming. They do remind you multiple times.

The campsite was great. The concrete pad was very large. Didn't have any problem fitting a 29 foot camper and truck. Easily could have parked another car in front. The view of the lake and being able to fish from your spot was an added bonus.

Most of the weekend activities were geared towards adults with food competitions, karaoke

We won't be going back. This campground has really gone downhill. The buildings are falling apart and the sites are not cleaned between campers.

Our site last night had old food on the table, and trash on the ground. We even found an old tampon. Yuck!

It is cheap, but should at least be clean.

Never again.

Due to the fact that i can not give this review a zero it is getting a one. DO NOT STAY HERE!! I repeat do not stay here, if you are looking for a relaxing weekend do not stay here. Our trip started out with a horrible welcoming. I walked in to the camp store to check in and got ignored for 15 minutes by the worker at the desk. After telling him I had never been here before he did not provide any insight as to where our site was. After finding our site we were highly disappointed. Our "seasonal neighbors" have their satellite dish right next to our fire pit with their cable running across

Stopped for the night on our way to Chicago. Campground accepts cash or check only for short term campers. Pretty large park with several play areas for children. Didn't use the pool. Site was hard to find since the numbers were not visible at all sites. Most were long term sites. Manager did contact us to tell us of a detour because the main road to the park had washed out.

We stayed here for 4 days.....easy to find, staff were awesome and the price can't be beat!

They put us in the back of the park between 2 permanent residents. Both were not there during our visit so we had a huge area to ourselves. By Thursday night, the park was filled and there were a bunch of kids....all well behaved and when 11pm came around....the place was peaceful.

Our only 'challenge' came when it was time to leave.....the road is narrow and with cars/trucks parked on the opposite side and the space to the left of us had a welcome sign pole right next to the road...

A nice campground about midway between Cleveland and Toledo. Most sites seem rather close but the ones near the "lake" (a large pond) have a decent amount of space. The sites are flat and level. The staff is very nice but rather picky about visitors.
The campground is reasonably close to the attractions in Cleveland, Findley State Park, and several large flea markets.

The people are alright but the sites are too close. The spot we got was next to the road and there was no grass next to the trailer. No trees to separate you from the road or your neighbor.
