Pier-Lon Campground
We hope everyone is staying safe and healthy during this unprecedented times. We encourage everyone to follow guidance from appropriate agencies, including social distancing and mask policies. Pier-Lon Park is a family oriented campground located in the western portion of Medina County. Ray and Nancy Pierce founded, owned and managed the park since opening day in 1969.

The facility is now owned and managed by the second and third generations of the family. With many accommodations and features ranging from park activities to Christian Family Values, Pier-Lon has become a summer home for many families. Pier-Lon is the choice of many overnight, and seasonal campers.
Services
Water/Electric Sites - Our basic sites include Water and Electric services. Most of these sites allow you to position your tent or RV anywhere on the site and have the convenience of a pull-thru site without requiring you to back-in your RV. We offer individual Water/Electric sites and a group camping in open and wooded areas to best fit your camping experience at Pier-Lon Park.
The Cleveland Metroparks Zoo has the largest collection of primate species in North America, as well as 3000 other animals representing over 600 different other species. The Zoo also features a botanical garden that showcases the relationships and differences between plants, animals and humans. Be sure to plan your trip for the whole family!
On road trips you're bound to see cars from all over the place! Have everyone keep their eye out for license plates from different states and even different countries. Every time someone sees a license plate that's new for this trip, that person scores a point. Whoever has the most points when you get to Pier-Lon Campground wins!

Our 10 years tenure has ended. Wonderful Campers and host. We will miss you! However, ownership/ management has changed to one individual who shouldn't be around campers. Shame on you pier-lon park for not taking the safety concerns and well-being of your loyal customers seriously. Shame on you.

I just drove 40 minutes to see this campground to make reservations for overnight and seasonal camping next year. When I went into the office to ask permission to view the park and sites. Bill behind the desk refused to let me enter. I have been camping for 50 years all over the US and have never been treated this way. How can you rent something site unseen. The sites must be pretty bad and are ashamed of park in general. No where on the website does it state no visitors are allowed. Don't waste your time like my wife and I did to become future patrons of this trailer park.

We have been staying at Pier lon for about 5 years, April thru Oct. Camp gound is always clean and well kept. It is close to Cleveland, ( about 40 minutes), and about 15 minutes to Medina. Yet is country like with nice woods and fields. This is a Christian kind of camp ground with church services weekly and other activities. A very quiet place. Utilities have never been a problem. Campers and staff have always been nice, pleasant, accomodating, and helpful to us. We camp in a 44 foot 5th wheel.

Been a register camper for many years, loved this campground to death. As of the last two summers one worker who recently became retired from his day job, has been spending his days patrolling the park like Paul blart Gards a mall.

I really loved this location, the bathrooms were so clean and well maintained. The playground and the swimming area were my son's favorite part. It is a beautiful location that really allows you to relax. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

My family has been going to pier lon for 6 years straight every 4th of July and labor day weekend. The camp host bill has always been very kind and a great sensed of welcome when you arrive. As my kids get older they still enjoy swimming in the lake. It's nice to see that there are still good Christian places you can camp where you don't have to deal with all the drunks.

We always stop here when we are traveling east or west. Very nice campground. Only stay for one night but they have pull thru sites. I do see swimming, paddle boats etc so think it would be nice to stay here if staying longer but good overnight between our two families

Nice, quiet campground. Great prices for full hook up. The playground is nice for kids and is not too far from the back up sites. We have been here several times and hardly see it busy. Great for a weekend, or extended stay.

Very nice campground. The staff members responded well to a last minute reservation and the lots are well kept. Bathrooms were very substandard, could use some better upkeep and upgrades. For the price, the campground is and easy 4 star!

Beautiful little lake! We only came here for the day to go swimming, not sure how the camping area is. The people were all super friendly. Quiet and relaxing, clean areas. We will definitely come back again.
