Dr. Balta and his team is absolutely THE BEST! I was referred to this practice by a close friend and boy did they live up to the hype and exceeded all expectations! I had lower back and neck discomfort which resulted in pain and stiffness but after receiving treatment, I am 120% back to speed! The discomfort and pain level has completely tapered off. I also had a few acupuncture sessions which also resulted in pain relief. The facility is very well kept, clean, and sanitized! If you're looking for more than just typical treatment of then this is the place to get any of your pain taken care of. They genuinely want the best not only for them but for you. After trying to find the right chiropractic care due to months of chronic pain in my neck and back I finally feel like I am getting the care I desired and needed. The doctors and massage therapist here and first class as well as the receptionist. I couldn't be more pleased with the care as I have felt a huge decrease in pain and discomfort just after a couple weeks so I highly recommend anybody in the Orange County area to come give this place a try. If you are in lots of pain and feel like you don't know what else to do, you should definitely come here.

I was recommended this place several times before I finally got myself checked out. I figured having some body ache and pain was a given, working long and sporadic hours, but after the first visit, I felt relief. I knew I wanted to keep returning. I give this place a 5 star review! I went in on Monday and then went again on Friday because Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday I kept thinking about how amazing the massage was! The massage therapist there James is so amazing! I strained my back and could hardly walk. After the first massage I was up and walking within 2 days after being bed ridden from the strain. Very knowledgeable. Answers all your questions and actually has a passion for what he does!

About 6 months ago, I got into a car accident and was left with lower back pain, shoulder pain and wrist pain. After starting treatment at Neck & Back Pain Specialists, I quickly begin seeing improvements. Dr. Balta and his team have been amazing throughout the process. They’re very professional, caring, and committed to helping you improve. I originally came here from a Groupon I purchased and got a massage with James. James and the entire staff are really friendly. I had such an amazing experience that I decided to purchase one of their affordable massage packages! James really is beyond phenomenal at what he does, and my body has never been so thankful. I plan on getting a chiropractic adjustment as well at some point, and will definitely continue with the massage packages.

I love the doctors and staff here. They are so kind and helpful. I first started coming here in 2019 for treatment following a really bad motorcycle accident that nearly killed me. The doctors did a thorough assessment & came up with a treatment plan tailored to my specific needs. Today I can say that I feel 10 times better than the day I first walked in the office.
I would recommend this place to anyone looking for acupuncture, adjustments, massage, or decompression. I've been seeing chiropractors since I was 10 years old and these guys are one of the best I've ever been to.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING AND I AM NOT EXAGGERATING! I left work early Wednesday from neck and should pain, my regular Chiro. Hands down best service! From the treatment to the friendly staff. I felt so welcomed. Got a decompression treatment and also an adjustment from low back pain. Drs are so knowledgeable and the front desk young lady are so nice. I forgot the young gentleman that was assisting my dr. But even he was so nice and friendly. My lower back feels amazing. I've been to other chiropractors around here and they simply do their work and have me on my way. But these specialists have me a vibration therapy after my adjustment and even applied a pain CBD spray. Couldn't be happier.

I'm glad that I tried this clinic for my treatment for herniated disc & Siatica which I was suffering for 7 or 9years (i really can't remember bcoz I was suffering for so long), found a discounted 2 decompression & free consultation at Groupon and I was satisfied with the results since day 1 and felt the difference. i know its not a miracle but I was able to walk straight without any pain when I got out of the clinic. Been with other Chiropractor but I only got a day of relief from pain. Now that I started with their program I can say my overall health is much better. No more

My husband and my girls love coming here. Great with kids! Strong hands and strong heart! Dr. Balta dedicates a lot of time to his patients, and is a great man with a Fantastic personality! I have previously had good experiences here but recently I was rear ended and needed a few adjustments. Since I was not at fault, I wanted to go through the other drivers well-known insurance (AAA). The office informed me that they do not go through third parties (aka anyone else's insurance) so I would have to pay out of pocket and then be reimbursed by previously mentioned insurance company. It was not a *major* accident so I only went for about 4 visits.

I have been going to James to help with chronic muscle tissue throughout my neck, back, and shoulders, and it's been improving!!
10/10 would recommend! Ask for James for a massage, and he will help get rid of your knots and tight muscles!
He uses specific techniques in his massages that pinpoint knot formations and chronic muscle, and is able to soften and break up the tight tissue better than any therapist I have ever been to (and I have tried going to multiple people).

5 stars all the way. Came in with seemed like a very sore back that would not heal. Found out it was a degenerated disk. So we started decompression therapy and after a few weeks I was back to better then normal. Doctor is great and really informative and answered all my questions. Maria at the front desk is super nice and helpful all the time.

Before coming here I was having a lot of pain in my back thanks to lifting heavy weights with less than 100% perfect form 100% of the time.
Chiropractic has helped me before to overcome misalignments in my back, but it was seeming ineffective with my weight lifting woes.
Spinal decompression therapy + chiropractic treatment was finally able to give me substantial relief after just a few visits.
