Expert Chimney was incredible. Called on a Monday, they dispatched Ryan on Tuesday to come clean and scope the chimney. Both Ryan and Jock took the time to carefully examine every spot inside and outside of the chimney and gave a very detailed report. They also took the time to answer the questions of a new home owner who has never had to deal with a chimney before.

Jock and his team were wonderful to work with! The entire process was incredibly quick and efficient for getting a wood fireplace converted to a gas insert. Our installer, Phil, was thorough and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with installation and the functionality of the unit. Highly recommend Expert Chimney Services!

After sending some photos of the fireplace and chimney to Expert Chimney Services, the owner called me to set up an appointment time. They were very flexible in finding a time that worked with my schedule.
On the day of the appointment, Matt the technician was at my house right when they said he would be. He did a great job cleaning and inspecting the system and cleaned up every bit of mess from the process. He was friendly and knowledgeable

Jock and his team at Expert Chimney services are professional, experienced, and courteous! We’ve had them out to the house for annual cleanings and inspections and the work is always done on time and to the highest standard. After a video inspection in early 2020 we discovered that the chimney had not been well maintained by the previous homeowner. We had large deposits of dangerous creosote and the majority of tiles were cracked. The chimney was unusable. Jock walked us through our options and we elected to have a stainless steel sleeve installed. As a member of the armed services I deployed

Jock and his entire crew was a pleasure to work with. Jock made the buying process for our new gas fireplace easy. He answered all our questions. We had the fireplace installed quickly. The men that came to install the fireplace were respectful of my house and left no mess behind.
