Ordered a 40 yard Dumpster but the representative sent me a 30 yard when I texted the representative he's said we only charge you 490 regular price for a 30 yard I said that the price for the 40 yard than he says prices just changed than I said to him I didn't order today I ordered 15 days ago can you just send me a 10 yard dumpster to compensate so I'll be able to get rid of all the garage I have, he said No and for me to do what I need to do I have all that in text from this unprofessional company, will not use this type of people ever again.

After checking four dumpster rental options, it was clear dumpstr xpress had the best price on a 40 yard dumpster... the bonus is that thier customer service was exceptional in the following ways:
Phones answered by knowledgeable personnel, on time delivery, communication was available via text or call throughout rental process, and no hidden fees. I'll use them again and would definitely recommend them

Reasonably priced and timely with delivery. Bit of a delay on pickup though. Asked them to pick up the dumpster a day early and they said no problem but that never happened. Ended up with the dumpster for the full 7 days. Overall a good customer experience.

This was the best container rental service I have ever found. They were quick, easy, and efficient. From delivery to pickup timing. Ray and Ryan helped our business with our work flow to be completed. I would 100% recommend them. If you need a container in such a short notice I know they will do the best to get you the container you need for your waste at an effective and efficient timing.
